Also amazing that HO has the opportunity to overturn our decisions, and actually did lessen our punishment on this one, but upheld a majority of his suspension

You have no problem suspending gorlab because he hurt your feelings but again, we won't be seeing any suspensions for the people saying the same things or worse back to him, will we? Because everyone's like "lol its gorlab he deserves it". But when you're suspending people for creating a toxic environment, well buddy, it takes 2 to tango.
