AC and ITC weekly. There are also Prediction PT's which will give you TPE weekly.

When gyms are established, you'll get TPE to train with pre-fight. You'll also get TPE if you win a fight, get KO/Sub/Fight of the Night, or if one of your teammates wins their fight.

Money you can make by doing graphics, writing articles, betting and winning, contracts, or by winnings fights.
