Each team has a rivalry game modifier based on the playoffs results from last season.

We will combine the records of the rivalry matchups, and the conference that has more wins than the other will win THREE tpe.

The rivalry setting will be turned off for the playoffs. Tiebreaker will be the side that score the most goals. If still tied then the side who wins the Challenge Cup.

It's a little short notice, so the reward isn't super crazy right now, but I wanted to start off with something just to get the ball rolling. We can decide next season what the reward could be.

(I forgot to announce it earlier before I got the Elections started)
