What are the next steps by the Manhattan Rage & VLAD McZehrl?

Draft S34:
The Rage traded Szlerchek away he said them he will leave the team. Co-GM Chris McZehrl asked him then for and Sign & Trade Deal and Szlerchek accepted this idea.He was be traded for an 1st S34 + COND and it makes them to the 10th OVA place. Because of the Pending Punishment of Buffalo it could become an 9th OVA. They will make sure to pick the best available (TPE & member wise). That should be the best option for the Franchise.

Free Agency S34:
With possible Signings the Rage can trade inactive players for picks as example and with that the possibillity to offer more money is a good pitch. The team will looking for Offense and Defense. Defense the player could have the 1st Line spot with a ton of minutes. Offense the team could make sure to offer the 2nd line spot together with Kian Hamilton and Tommy Creller, two future legends. Right now they will play with Bryce Collins. 1st Line produced the last two season together the best performance and is set in stone. Harry Hans, Ace Redding and VLAD McZehrl will be together again. But this time the whole Season. Rurik Razin will enter the Pro Roster as 3rd Liner with Hans or Redding and VLAD McZ. The 4th Line isnt sure except our best Center Kian Hamilton. In the Defense its the thing if we can land a good player for this position. if not Wollker will be 1st line with Obrana. 2nd Line will be possibly Vikingstod and Toohoots right now. 4th Line will be Luna and LeClerc. Our Goalie Situation is the same like S32 and S33. Aitto will be the starter and Rudni the Backup.

Reg S34:
The Rage know it was a joke to be fucked out on the last game in Reg S33. but that is the reason why the TEAM say ... NOW WE WANT IT MORE. see what will happen. BUF will lose one of the best players in the roster for 25 games with Nicolas Winter, so they must close this hole for the first 25 games. Also they have FAs still not resigned who could leave the team. It looks like that the Stampede will have a hard Season. Minnesota is in an semi rebuild and all must play in GOD MODE if they want the playoffs the same for Hamilton. WKP, TOR and NEW are the clear favourites but all can have a bad season and miss the playoffs! its always possible. The Rage is ready for the playoffs again and the record in the last season shows great for the team in S34.

Future of The Manhattan Rage:
The plan is to be in the playoffs each season. It will be hard but all possible. The Team is looking for all possible additions in future. The Team can also offer future 1st Line spots and that should be very interesting. They must only prove their power to the Management not more.

personal situation of VLAD McZehrl:
He regressed the first time and is at 1520 TPE without all the TPE what is and will be claimable soon. after 403 Games and 423 Points he is looking for catching back his scoring records. under 75 Points will be an disappointment this season. So the question will be if he can bring that up for the team what will make sure to bring them back to the playoffs. Redding and Hans grow up more and more and will be better and better. All that can benefit all three in the 1st Line. Redding is a huge part of the 1st line as Two Way Winger. VLAD will enter his 5th Season with the Rage and his first 4 Season and 200 Games he brought up 130 Goals and 136 Asssits, that makes in the end 266 points. 1,33 Point/Game rating. Not bad but he is looking for more.

Future of VLAD McZehrl:
It comes the time where other players will be better than VLAD McZehrl. Then its time to step back and let shine the younger guns. For this time it will be important to have still good season for bring up a great Point/Game rating like Chris McZehrl did. It will be hard to relize but he will do all what he can.

Future of Co-GM Chris McZehrl:
The former player and already Legend Chris McZehrl will enter his 14th Season in an SHL Management. I see no end for his Manager Career and looking for the biggest pitch again. He want the cup with his current team the Manhattan Rage. He is very happy to work with Muerto and hope it will be a long reigning in New York City. His former jobs were in Los Angeles, Calgary and Seattle. He will never forget any of them.

Some Predictions of McZ for S34:
Portland will miss the playoffs again. Sorry buddies but you cant look only on your own team! look to all the other western teams! I can see no team what is weaker than Portland right now. The Calgary Dragons, Seattle Riot, Los Angeles Panthers and Texas Renegades are strong. I dont know why Texas had this bust season but they still have surely a strong roster. I also see Winnipeg stronger than Portland all in all. Edmonton it will be the question if Theo Kane can have finally two great season in a row. His problem in the past was the constantly performance. If not Edmonton will maybe end in the last place this season. If he will then I can see them fighting for the playoffs after the loss of Pedro Sarantez.
In the East I believe Minnesota Chiefs cant bring up the power what they need for the playoffs. The young guns need more time in my eyes. The same will be for the Hamilton Steelhawks. They are young that is good but not good enough for the playoffs. Buffalo will have a hard season. Winter is punished to sit out the half of season and that is very hard for the team. West Kendall Platoon getting older and older and with that weaker and weaker. I can see them fighting for the playoffs but maybe they can fall deep and miss the playoffs. New England is the favourite in the east together with Toronto. Manhattan is the thing how they perform this season.

I'm confused, so these things haven't happened yet, right? Because you said "what are the steps for the rage?" Which means the steps you laid out haven't been done yet.
