What are your thoughts on the rehashed discussion about the SMJHL TPE cap? My thought is still to have a soft cap at 500 TPE, where if you hit that mark during a season (so preseason to postseason), you have to go up to the big league the next season. Forces teams to rotate inactives for young players and keeps the SMJHL top line spots open and revolving.
