PGF had a really good S38 draft. They've got a really good team now, and, lets be honest, neither of these 2 draft will be reddit drafts, and they're total crapshoots. Anyone remember S33 SMJHL draft? Yeah pretty sure like 4 players from that draft made it to the SHL (sup <a href='index.php?showuser=2535' rel='nofollow' alt='profile link' class='user-tagged mgroup-59'>Insayne</a>) S34 SMJHL draft was pretty good, but is more the exception than the rule. And though good it was top heavy and not necessarily deep.

IMO? PGF probably game up 2-3 picks that will actually have a chance of being good, for 4 players and a really good chance at a cup now.

Yeah, no. I respect you as a person but that isn't your job. First of all, the only reason they weren't posted was because you wanted to give your players a goodbye, when you could've easily just done after posting the trade. Just because someone came up and offered something better after you had agreed on a deal doesn't mean "you just did your job." I know there's a 90% chance the reply to this is "you aren't immune to doing slimey things yourself" but that doesn't excuse you from anything.

Ugh, not a fan of this at all for PGF :(. It pretty much completely goes against how I think franchises should be built in the SMJHL, but then again I never won a cup in my time as (Co-)GM so maybe the current group will have more success with a different strategy. I don't think winning the cup is the most important task of an SMJHL GM either that everything should be sacrificed for, but I guess people just have different philosophies there.
