I live around the corner from a Poutinery here in Windsor (Frenchies) and when I get mine.. I get chicken & chipotle mayo on mine. So good and with a kick of heat Smile

To clarify, this thread isn't against poutine with toppings or any poutine with ketchup

it is against traditional poutine with just ketchup added as I can't strike down every poutine with ketchup as it taste good and it might not
