6. (S30) LW (Texas Renegades) - Conklin Owen || Returning Entry
Grade: 96.40
Past Seasons: S35-85, S37-57, S38-57
<div align="center">[Image: LjoHu3y.png]</div>

At number 6 is Renegades winger Conklin Owen, coming back to the list with a vengeance after a brief hiatus where he did not play in S38. Owen returned with the best season of his career, scoring 24 goals and a career high 60 points, as well as being as good defensively as he has ever been with a +24. Owen continued to be a solid physical presence as well, making some wonder if players should take breaks from the league more often if it means this kind of a return.

Alonzo Garbanzo Final Tallies (Among Defensemen):
2nd in Goals (208), All-Time Assists Leader (765)*, All-Time Points Leader (973), 3rd in Hits (2587), All-Time Blocked Shots Leader (1882)*
*All-Time Leader Among All Skaters

5. (S33) D (Hamilton Steelhawks) - Zander Rhys || +5
Grade: 97.20
Past Seasons: S37-99, S38-54, S39-10
<div align="center">[Image: YkcmU24.png]</div>

At number 5 is Zander Rhys of the Steelhawks, his second top-10 finish in a row and putting himself up as one of the new dominant defenders to fit the mold of Partlow or Scherbluk. Rhys scored 17 goals and 48 points with his new team, improving his defensive game a great deal and doing so despite the lack of a major physical game in S39. Rhys is still improving, too, which means Rhys could be spending a very long time at the top of the world when it comes to defenders in this league.

4. (S31) C (Hamilton Steelhawks) - Ronnie Westbrook || +21
Grade: 98
Past Seasons: S34-97, S35-83, S37-40, S38-27, S39-25
<div align="center">[Image: jvoctax.png]</div>

At number 4 is Steelhawks center Ronnie Westbrook, his first ever top-10 finish and doing so with a consistent and steady improvement every single season, culminating in two 50+ point finishes in a row. Westbrook scored 18 goals and 59 points, just shy of the 60 point mark, and his fifth season in a row (out of 7 total in his career) with 40 points or more. And as mentioned before he has continued to improve in every facet of the game, something a consistently improving Steelhawks team is looking to take advantage of in the coming seasons.

3. (S24) C (Calgary Dragons) - Randy Randleman || +5
Grade: 98.20
Past Seasons: S27-64, S28-58, S29-20, S30-39, S31-36, S32-29, S33-47, S34-8, S35-8, S36-5, S37-2, S38-1, S39-8
<div align="center">[Image: ad3Ptg6.png]</div>

At number 3 is Randy Randleman, continuing his spot in the top-10 with his 7th top-10 finish in a row, scoring 26 goals and 60 points in S39. Randleman has more 60+ point seasons than anyone currently in the league, and as of late he has averaged 61.4 points over the last 7 seasons (incredible). While his physicality has fallen off, his offensive production has continued, making him one of the top centers to play the game.

Alonzo Garbanzo Final Tallies (Among Defensemen):
2nd in Goals (208), All-Time Assists Leader (765)*, All-Time Points Leader (973), 3rd in Hits (2587), All-Time Blocked Shots Leader (1882)*

2. (S20) RW (Toronto North Stars) - Kristian Eriksson || +20
Grade: 98.30
Past Seasons: S22-96, S23-77, S24-57, S25-40, S26-11, S27-30, S28-55, S29-39, S30-55, S31-30, S32-5, S33-20, S34-20, S35-38, S36-55, S37-71, S38-40, S39-22
<div align="center">[Image: E1XaLAp.png]</div>

At number 2 is Kristian Eriksson of the Toronto North Stars, making his debut in the top-10 despite being one of the oldest players in the league. Eriksson is one of the most confounding players in the league in that he is playing some of his best hockey while on the "downswing" of his career, scoring 31 goals and 63 points in S39 and scoring over 50 points the last three seasons. Eriksson is even doing this on a team that has had some struggles as a whole, which means despite the lack of support (other than teammate Chris York) he is a dominant player.

1. (S33) RW (Toronto North Stars) - Chris York || +33
Grade: 99
Past Seasons: S39-34
<div align="center">[Image: VtbMBAA.png]</div>

Taking the crown for the top-100 is North Star Chris York, his first time in the top-10 and only second time on the list so far in his career. York has had the most drastic improvement in his game that we have seen in some time, scoring 23 goals and 67 points, registering 145 hits, and even getting time in special teams. Winning the scoring race (and looking to do so for S40) while only playing 5 seasons in the league is something we thought we would never see again with the new development structure in the league, but York is proving he is a unique talent and one to be looking at for a very long time.

Sorry for the long delay in getting the writing done. With how much easier it is to rank players with the new system, I will have a better time getting this done more quickly next season.

If anyone disagrees with the ratings, let me know and I will keep working to improve the system for next year.
