Yeah. In the SHL I'm much more tolerable of the rebrands or logo updates because it has to at least go through a locker room core that will likely stick around for a while. If the team likes it, the rest of the site's opinion shouldn't matter as much. But this is about one rebrand away from troubling me as a trend in the SMJHL because there's so much turnover. If every time a team gets a new GM they rebrand, that's going to get old, fast.
In a vacuum, I really like what they've done here, not going to lie. Really nice work. I just hope it doesn't turn into "Well, if PGF can move to Alaska, we can do anything!" and take away a lot of the league's history just because new GMs want to establish their own identity.

This whole thing was voted on and discussed by the room. Including 4 past GMs and anyone who is active on the team had the time to give input throughout the process. Not at all about a GM alone. We had been having rebrand talks since around season 36.
