It's honestly quite the opposite.  I can't take anything in this conversation seriously.  I've heard it all so many times before in the two and a half years I've been on this site, and I laugh every time.  This notion that some people think they have earned respect because they happened to join the SHL when Obama was running for re-election is just funny to me.  

I've shared locker rooms with dudes like sarmo, leafs, fever, dudes who were legitimate OGs and got trophies named after them, and they've never asked me to kiss the crown.  But my man here who waltzed into the Detroit locker room before the S31 SHL Draft saying "I haven't scouted at all, who wants to come to Toronto?" is the one calling me the muggle who needs to respect my elders.  Why would I take that seriously?

Wait a second... if I hadn't been traded to Detroit, would I have been drafted by a different team than Toronto?? :eyes:
