First off, I'd like to start off by thanking HO for voting me to replace our now-departed friend and leader @Jearim. He came to us in a time of wild uncertainty and set us on a track to hopefully win some damn cups. Now, onto business. 

With me ascending into Head GM, that left a hole in the co-GM spot. I followed in my old boss' philosophy and sought out internal applicants from within the Raiders organisation. Of those that applied there was no easy decision to make. Each and every one had something different to bring to the table. So without further ado, let's find out who they are.

It felt wrong to only give 1 of them a position so we decided to utilise the rarely used Coach role within the site, and we are handing it out to none other than @blix900!

Blix has been a strong locker room presence since the day he joined and his STHS experience will be almost-unparalleled in the front office.

For the main event, we had an even harder time choosing. Everyone who went through the process were absolutely solid and it was hard to find faults in any of them. Eventually we all settled on one person, who just so happens to be...

 @Lemonade!

Lemonade has proved an invaluable player that we managed to snipe in free agency, now we're only adding to his value and getting him into the front office on a permanent basis. He will without a doubt be a great figure at my side to finally drag Halifax out of the basement once and for all!
