Now last one before the MVP awards, its time for the Damian Littleton Trophy for the most dedicated member of the league.
Tonights nominees and a small highlight of some of their work this season are: @aaronwilson - bringing the SHL into a world of advanced stats, providing both access and contextual insight into their usage. @DrunkenTeddy - leading a development effort of which the site has shaken to its very core @JR95 - Simmer Extraordinaire. Finally.. After much fanfare and warm-up the final award tonight, that for League MVP!
We have an elite group of nominees here tonight. First up we have the already well decorated for tonight DeMaricus Smyth, with 28 goals, 34 assists, and playing on the powerhouse team. Smyth has shown himself to be one of the dominant forces on the Ice this season. Next up another forward and someone that has shown a master class on how to be one of the most effective centres in the league. Its Mikhail Lokitonov, with 21 goals, 40 assists, and one of the most impressive face-off % in the league with 58%. Finally, its the winner of the McBride earlier tonight, MVP for and possible MVP for the league again? Its Tommy Tuk! @Blastmeaway @ml002 @Muford Which of these three extremely deserving players got the votes from the committee?
