Casino to Unveil New Feature in S50

So the second season of the Casino is coming to a close, and most of you know your winnings or losses from the over under portion of the betting so far. For the most part, the Casino took a loss this season, but the lines seemed closer than ever. A total of seven betting lines came within two games of the line and interest and betting in the Casino this season was way up, and I personally appreciate that!
First of all, I’d like to mention that if anyone has any questions, concerns, or comments regarding the Casino, please feel free to message me on the website, or shoot me a DM on Discord. I’m open to listen to what you, the users, have to say. I take it all to heart, this is my baby, and I want to make it the best it can be for everyone. Maybe not payout EVERY time but the betting lines need to be fun to keep an eye on. Next, I’d also like to say that I think the change from two over under bets to three was a positive move from what I was able to hear. It makes more sense to just pick one cup winner, and with the betting lines more or less close enough to debate on many, it makes it more fun to follow. With that being said, I’m really here to tease the next phase of the Casino. Another new feature, if you will. I’ve heard a few suggestions for it, and I’m sure I’ve mentioned it to a few people this season, but it’s official now. Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the world of parlays! Now, some of you probably know what I’m talking about when I mention parlays, and this may or may not be something you involve yourself in. But for those of you that are not betters, have no idea what a parlay is, or never heard of the word, allow me to explain in what I hope is an understandable manner. A parlay is the act of linking several bets together in an all-or-nothing fashion so that you must get them all correct or you lose on them all. This has a higher risk than your normal bets, but tend to have a much higher reward related to them. In this case, a four times multiplier on getting your parlay of three teams correct. So instead of banking a cool 3 million, you’ll end up with a sweet 12 mil! So for a quick example on how this works, for the unaware: You bet 1 Mil on TBB over, You bet 600K on BUF over, And you bet 1 mil on NEW under. Assuming you got all three of these bets right, you would normally bring in 2.6 million for your bets, earning 1 mil, 1 mil, and 600k. However, if you parlay the bets and get all three correct, you actually earn 2.6 mil times 4, so a total of 10.4 million. However, if you get any one of these bets incorrect, you lose on all of them, losing the 2.6 million you bet. We hope this feature can entice a few players to maybe spread the bets out a bit more, even if they are small ones (note that 3 bets at 200K each parlayed would payout 2.4 million) and add some more excitement to watching the season unfold for teams that may not be your own. I, personally, had a great time following and writing up the recaps this season, and will continue to do so for some time. For now, as the Casino works on adding new features and streamlining the process, the parlay will be limited to only three team parlays, two team betting will not support this feature for now, but may in the future based on usage and feedback we receive. I want to thank you all for the support and involvement in the Casino, it means a great deal to me, and for all of us in the PT Department, for making it a success and hope that it brings continued entertainment, and hopefully some income, to you and your players.
