Sadly, the S51-S52 offseason saw the deptarture of long time New Orleans Specter Piotr Czerkawski to the San Francisco Pride. Czerkawski was a fantastic team mate on and off the ice, and he's going to be missed dearly as more time passes on.

With that, however, means that the 'A' that Czerkawski wore on his sweater since Season 46 has to be placed on someone else.

After some discussions with @TheDangaZone about just which of our MANY deserving candidates should join our Captain DeMaricus Smyth and Alternate Captain Nicholas Williams, we came to a tough decision that we're very happy with.
