Hey Wasty, long time listener first time caller. I've got a few questions for you, bud.
1. Do you talk about the SHL with any real life friends or colleagues? Why or why not?
2. If you were to talk about the SHL with friends or coworkers, to what extent would you discuss it? Just the general themes or team standings, drama?
3. What's your favorite flavor of Bang? I've been slowly trying them all over time, one or two a week, and I'm pretty partial to the Miami Cola myself. Not really a cola flavor, but whatever it is I like it. Second favorite would probably be the Black Cherry Vanilla.
4. When thinking about the transition to the FHM, what are some of the hurdles you've encountered, expected or otherwise. How are your players handling the transition? Is there team buy-in regarding the change?
5. Looking a few seasons ahead at FHM, do you expect to see a healthier league? Personally I'm expecting to see more player mobility between teams and teams more actively choosing players based on builds and stats because of the increased diversity. I expect this will allow for players to demand higher paying contracts, and might lead to cap changes and more dynamic contracts down the road.
6. Regarding the transition, is there anything you would change? TPE scale, limited stats at high levels, etc?
We seem to have pretty similar musical tastes. King Gizzard is really good, underappreciated band (not just for their sound, but for their entire production and self run label). One of my favorite bands kind of blends some of the musical influences I had growing up, from surf rock style melodies to thrash metal tones and punk style team-shout vocals. I really like everything about them. What's your take on this song?
