I too will put a vote for Segi. I get a WW vibe about the executioner claim. If i'm wrong i can only hope that at least one of the dead people from this night is a wolf.

Segi claiming the exec is the exact kind of play I would do as a WW. Especially since the real Exec won't be able to say anything without risking his game.
Also he didn't really seem to point fingers at Cement until the evidence lined up just so.
Also if he was actually the exec, he wouldn't be doing the village any favors by announcing that his game is over and he's done playing. He's just kinda there now.
But if we lynch him tonight and he wasn't lying we could be down to 8 villagers and 4 werewolves. The numbers are getting dicier. I hate not knowing the roles lol.
So if he's an exec:
His target would have been likely cement, achieved his goal and is showing his hand because he has achieved his goal. We lynch and then...lose another villager/non wolf body.
If he's a regular villager:
Not sure the need to pose as exec, arguments made by him don't really point in that direct at all.
If he's WW:
Uses 'exec' as cover, upside to gain trust and shed suspicion, downside is that if it backfires (either doesn't gain the trust, or there is a real exec who can call him out without revealing themselves) then he's done either way. I'm probably more cautious but this sounds like a risky play especially since there's no way to reveal roles. I am leaning 60/40 on Segi being WW at the moment.
honestly do we have an exec counter claim?
if not i'm willing to believe segi is exec and honestly he is just a villager now, and hopefully he wants us to win?

Exec is not going to counterclaim and ruin his win condition.

So you're just... lynching/agreeing randomly with no backing?
