Yesterday, when it was more than apparent that all of the fear and uncertainty was setting in among my fellow villagers. So much in fact, that I blatantly had to remind many of you exactly what it is that I am responsible for here in this village, and the things I have done to help in its betterment. There are though, some things, that are extremely difficult to do. Yesterday, we lost three of our own. Unfortunately, for those of us still living, it seems the outcome of our decisions and whether or not they benefit the village shall remain veiled in the darkness.

With that being said, I for one will choose to believe that the actions we have taken thus far have indeed been to our benefit. It is not a mindset that I take lightly, nor do I implore that any of you take it lightly...but to defeat this evil that has come to plague our village, chances will have to be taken...sacrifices made and should that time come where I must have to sacrifice myself for the betterment of the community, I will rightly do so without hesitation. As Gnaeus Domitius Corbulo famously said in antiquity: Axios! I, am worthy!

One question brought up, was why Shiny? Why now? Well, to clear the air I will tell you. After the death of Gecko, we were all questioning and fearful of who could be next. Who had betrayed us? Who are the ones who transform in the night?

Of all of us in the village that were working for a resolution to this mystery, Shiny was the "lone wolf" so to speak, begging for more blood, more violence and despair. Even when called out by Mutedfaith as to if that was truly what he desired, Shiny only offered up one response: yes.

As such, I decided that such an absolution toward evil in a time where we should be supportive in our efforts of removing these Lycanthropes would be detrimental to our cause...a plague already among those plagued. So I set my sights to him and allowed him the "bloodlust" that he so sought. I hope that is explanation enough for those who had inquiring minds.

Now, to look back and review my peers to see why Segi is now the prime target

I'm a good target because I'm certainly not a villager. But you guys might want to shift the focus a bit away from me, since there are still probably 3 or 4 wolves alive.

I'm still surprised how unanimously people are going after Segi. His executioner claim was indeed pretty weird but in my opinion, if we assume that he is lying then he is much more likely to be the Jester than a Wolf. This exe claim would be such a risky play for a wolf, I'm not sure why he would pull it if he was one unless the wolves are already really desperate - which I doubt is the case. I get the overall suspicioun but so many people latching on to it so quickly... I'm not sure how I feel about it, sure takes a lot of the spotlight away from other possible suspects.

I'm still quite suspicious of luketd so he gets my vote for now, both to force him to respond and make his case and give us another option if people change their minds on Segi. @Mook
