S58 mPT #2 Most Important Stat

For a brand new user, I would say the most important stat right off the bat is Stamina. Obviously as a new guy you want to play and play well but if you are always fatigued you cant do that. So i would say Stamina is a very good stat to focus on in the beginning.

All memes aside the most important stat, especially if you are looking to score points, is going to be getting open. You can have all the other offensive stats you like but without getting open you aren't getting any points.

You have to understand what the offense is doing and so, offensive read is a very important stat and if you understand what is happening, you will succeed. Ask Austin Roenick.

I would first tell this hypothetical rookie that there is no one magical stat that will make your player better, but rather you should spread your TPE out to create a balanced player, however that will probably not be a very satisfying answer for them, so I'd also say strength is probably pretty important because it adjusts the range and velocity of your shooting and passing.

Asking Yanno as a goalie he would have to say the best stat would be GAA or save % but this is not what you are asking, so safe bet would be to put all your hard earned TPE into an attribute that you think is best suited for the style of hockey you wish your player to play as! Does that make any sense?

Gotta tell the rookies about the importance of stamina. Sure you can have amazing stats in other categories, ut if you can't play a full game, how useful are you to your team? You gotta be able to last an entire game or else you'll hinder more than you will help.

I really don't know much but I think defense and offensive read are both really important and I would focus on those a lot, since that kind of reading can really lead to a lot of great things.

If I were to give my advice to a new Rookie after just going through my own J career, I would suggest investing in the Getting Open stat.  Without a high enough Getting Open, all of the TPE you put into the stats like Accuracy, Range, or even Passing and Puckhandling, go to waste as you won't be getting the puck often enough if you aren't open enough for your teammates to get the pucks to you.

I have no idea what is the best so I would just tell them to go all into hitting because that's what I like my player to do and it sounds fun enough.

Without a doubt, the most important stat to throw your measly TPE into is Stamina. Bottom line, if you can't stay on the ice for any length of time, if you don't have the legs under you to get more shifts in, then you are pretty much worthless.

Well my answer is biased since I’m building a playmaker, the most important stat I would tell them is passing, why because well wouldn’t you love to be an elite playmaker.

By far the most important stat is Stamina, without it your player will play like and look like a floppy noodle. Stamina literally makes your player better at playing better more often, there is no other stat that behaves this way and its not even close.

Strength! Strength has got to be the most important stat to put points into. It can do so many things for you, keeping you on your skates longer and helping you keep the puck, as well as punching out other players.

The most important stat is aggression. Both in FHM and while interacting with people on the forums or Discord. Attack, attack, attack, never regret. THUNDERDOOOOOME.

I feel like the most important stat is puck handling.  It's useful for offense or defense. Puck handling helps prevent turnovers, so whether you are scoring, passing or defending it can be helpful. I would imagine it can also increase the accuracy of shots and passes.
