I got a fairly big raise this season and it's really nice. My bank account is starting to look stable now after a couple of seasons of being poor. Half of my contract goes into gambling though, the casino is a must to afford the equipment without writing a bunch of media or doing graphics, aint nobody got time for THAT. The rest of the money will go into investments. Perhaps i go the same route as TESLA and put my money into bitcoin. But it's probably more reliable to spread it out between some more reliable stocks. Also real estate. In this small city in northern Sweden the prices has gone up a lot lately due to a huge battery factory being built and it will bring in like 3000 more jobs, so new housing needs to be built. So perhaps i'll buy a couple apartments or houses over there for my cash and sell them in a year or two to double the investment.

I'm asking the Chicago Syndicate to pay me all in DOGE coin. It's revolutionary. We're putting it to the moon. For what purpose you might ask. Well, it's doge. much wow. Invest.
Once that's all gone I'll probably put the rest into weed and psychedelic stocks. I'm a bit of an adrenaline junkie and nothing gives me more of a rush than opening up my trading account in the morning and seeing that my stocks are all down 17% on the day. Once that's all gone, I'll probably put whatever performance bonuses I achieve into a Tesla cybertruck. It's the way of the future and most of the public is just too dumb to realize it. They'll catch up soon, I have no doubts about that. But until then, I'll be a trendsetter and gain a lot of publiciity, which is always good for your brand. Catch me in dat truck, how bou dat? ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ACP Access S17 Challenge Cup Champion
Daniel Smeb doesn't really earn much from playing hockey which sometimes makes him question why he's even doing it for a career. Due to for some reason all shl players having to pay for their own training and equipment Daniel Smeb doesn't make much money and any extra he has he desperately saves, even the money he saves though just ends up being used on even more training so he can keep competing at the highest level. Maybe the SHL would have a higher level of play if each player didn't have to struggle and pay for all their own training and equipment what are the teams even doing just making money off the players. Although if the players all had extra money to spend on whatever they wanted for leisure maybe the quality of play would actually go down since the players would spend less time only training, it all makes sense.

Peter Larson does what everyone else does with their 4mil annual salary payments, I pay down another chunk of the condos on the island (long island) and the Apartment in the city, have got them down to basically nothing already, but you know got to be disciplined about this stuff.
Then I take the family out on a major weekend adventure away, it’s important to carve out that time since I don’t get to see them as much during the regular season, but also to recognise their contribution to my on ice success. This year we decided to hit a friend’s farm estate in up state New York, to the adventure, up near the boarder of PEN. I try to really treat them on these holidays recognising our broadly low key existence the rest of the year. I also like to buy myself something a bit special a upgraded console, whichever just came out and a selection of games for it that will get me through the next season. ![]() SHL GM pure of heart, dumb of ass
William Hartmann has been a relatively sensible player with his contracts since coming over to North America, as he still has yet to sign a truly big contract, although this is expected to change next season as he is in a contract year with the Edmonton Blizzard and is having a breakout year with 26 points in the first 19 games of the season. He's bought a decent enough car, with heating as it gets really cold in Edmonton in the winter. Housing is another investment, as Hartmann spent his rookie season in the SHL renting an apartment before getting a house close to the arena. Of course, there are also the amenities to pass the time when he's not at the rink, such as a TV, PS5 and some games to go with it. The spending isn't anything too crazy yet, but once Hartmann signs his big contract extension this summer he'll be in a really good place to splurge some.

Kermit Murphy is frankly rolling in dough these days. In addition to having received his contracts from the last couple of season, he also made a ton of money betting on results. In addition, his father owns a condo in Detroit which means he's living rent free, but in a non-ironic way. This of course means that he has a ton of money to devote to shaping himself into the best muppet he can be physically. He has spent money on both a personal trainer and a personal chef, who receive a lot of money in return for making Murphy's life a living hell of kale and burpees. However, this investment is paying off as Murphy is leaner and more muscular than ever before. He's also paying a private skills coach who works with him to develop his stick skills as well as situational awareness. Kermit realized early that he'd have to work harder than other players on account of constantly having a puppeteer's hand up his ass, and he's using his resources to help on that front.

I had a comfortable upbringing in Mariehamn. My family wasn't rich, but we weren't poor. We had more than most, but less than others. I never wanted for much at all, I'm not really like that. I was content, and remain so. I'm not very materialistic, I mean, I like nice things but I feel like people in my position, even given how comfortably I was raised, usually go out and start overcompensating for what they feel they missed out on. I don't feel any such way. Personally, I actually find it really hard where to spend my money beyond the necessities. Of course I have bills to pay but not much. I have and apartment in Minnesota that I pay little on and I room with someone in Newfoundland so even the necessities are pretty minimal. I'd honestly say the thing I'm most looking forward to buying would be moderately expensive collectibles. Things like rare comics and other things are about the only big ticket items that catch my interest. A mint copy of Journey into Mystery #83 would be nice.

Otis B. Driftwood has been fortunate enough to make a small fortune over the course of his career. First the St. Louis Scarecrows and then the Calgary Dragons have deposited fat checks into Driftwood’s account over the years.
Otis is not a man with particularly lavish or grandiose tastes. His house is very nice but would not qualify as a mansion. He owns a couple of nice cars, but no Ferrari’s or Lamborghinis adorn his driveway. Overall, his lifestyle is not much more opulent than your average upper middle class family. Where Otis does spend money is on experiences. He likes to travel in the off-season. He will hop on a motorcycle or a four wheel drive and cruise all over North America. He’ll spend a few nights or even a week in a given spot, usually in a small B&B or even camping, weather permitting. Then he’ll pull up stakes and head on to the next spot. He’ll sometimes travel alone, but is happy to have a traveling companion, whether simply a friend or perhaps a lover. Either way, much of his joy derives from the people he meets along the way. Nights spent eating, drinking, dancing and experimenting with local hallucinogens with a myriad of people are his forte. ![]() ![]() ![]() Registered Hallsy's Idiot of the Year
Going into his third season with his hometown team, Jack Klompus has been saving his contract money to save up and find a property in St. Paul that he can love for the rest of his career and beyond. Going into a contract year and showing a lot of offensive success on the top pairing of the team certainly means that Klompus will be getting quite the payday from the Monarchs. Being from the area as well helps bring in some extra sponsorship money that can be used to pay it back to his family for supporting him in this sport. Klompus intends to use the money to buy his parents a nicer home and possibly some vehicles as well. Being smart with his money, he is also investing the leftover money hoping that will be able to get him through his post-hockey life. Until then Klompus has many more years of hockey and years of contract income to come.

So Adam got a nice pay raise this season, going up to 5Mil a season, in addition to the money he earns from other means such as the GM's of Texas and Norway, Reider Clausen-Dahl deciding to donate all his earnings to Adam as well for some unknown reason. Meaning that for the next few seasons Adam will take in a nice 12Mil a season. Another avenue of income for Adam is the annual parlay bet he is allowed to make in the same league he plays in, which most spots organizations deem illegal to do.
So Adam spends this money in two ways. First due to the SHL's has a terrible financial situation, players have to pay for training and coaching themselves so the majority of Adam's earnings from the SHL on improving his skills The second thing Adam spends money on is having other people make pictures of himself, commonly referred to as sigs. He likes these alot ![]() ACP Access Posting Freak
Markus' income sources have been plentiful and steady, which is something his family was most anxious about for him, when he first made the step in North America as an undrafted Free Agent, 9 years ago. To say things have changed since the Lethbridge days would be an understatement, though. His parents and himself are now well installed in the little locale of Torbay, just north of St. John's, where his father Chrigel is still working in the hockey operations division for the Newfoundland Berserkers. Having a house, and also a possible income attached to it (once Markus retires, he plans on converting to farming), was priority number one for Markus once he signed his first big extension as the bona fide number 1 goalie for the then Minnesota Chiefs, now Monarchs. During the season, he rents a few condos in the towers nearby the practice arena in Minneapolis - one for himself, of course - and the rest is for the numerous rookies who have climbed up in the SHL in the past 6 years. He remembers when he first helped out Cal Labovitch, as wide-eyed as a newborn when he saw downtown St. Paul - and now, just like him, Cal is a veteran and a leader on this team, helping out the crop of budding superstars that are making their first strides in the SHL. Markus feels this helps them have one less worry when they hit the ice, as they have enough to worry about for the task ahead.

shl kush and the shl have proven to be extremely fruitful for the big wanger as he has earned exorbitant amounts of money, legally and illegally, in his time as a professional ice hockey player for the anchorage armada and buffalo stampede. fortunately, all of the money that the big wanger spends goes right into pump and dump stocks on the stonk market which he has made an insane fortune. he loves pumping into MOM's stock and then dumping them because he gets tired of pumping and dumping everyone's MOM. the nice thing about all of this is that the wanger funds these pump and dumps through selling his massive quantity of CUM stock so that he can continue to pump and dump all of MOM. some people like to say that this is illegal, but i think you and the SEC are going to love using CUM to pump and dump MOM's stock.

Jukka takes the league minimum for his contracts, which combined with him playing (and living) in Manhattan, is a bit of an unfortunate combination in terms of money due to NYC's high cost of living. That being said, he still obviously has a bit of money to spend when he gets paid. In order to maximize these earnings, Jukka has been spending some of his free time down on Wall St, where he has been learning from the best on how to manipulate the market and is in the know for all insider trading scenarios. With his artificially increased income, he's finally been able to afford a lake house back closer to his original home in Newfoundland. In addition to the up front cost of the house, it has a lot of exponential expenses such as alcohol, fireworks, and replacement boats for the ones that Andrei keeps crashing. He still sends some money back home as well, but thanks to NYC, the majority of his multi million dollar contract still goes to renting a 150 square foot shitty apartment for the regular season.
