Long have I waited for the Philadelphia Phanatics! It is a shame that the SHL has no team in an amazing hockey town like Philly. The Flyers are an NHL institution. It’s a blue collar, union, working class city with a proud sports history including in the NHL. Let us get a team in Philly where it belongs.

David S Pumpkins has obviously become pretty darn attached to the Winnipeg Aurora, but there is one branding that I think could possibly get Pumpkins to consider leaving - the Punjab Pumpkins. A team truly after Pumpkins' own heart.

I've always wanted a Las Vegas Flamingos team in the league, with NBB in smjhl I'm not sure they would want to add a Vegas team to the big leagues, but maybe. Vancouver is another one I'd love to see at the SHL level but with the Whalers and their history I'm not sure people would back that up.

Well, I think it's fair to say there is an emerging market in Arizona to host a hockey team in the SHL or SMJHL. There are several names that could apply to this region, whether it be the Roadrunners, the Sun, the Hotshots, etc, Arizona seems like a budding opportunity that the league can seize for their own usage.

I think the only logical choice for an expansion team is Quebec City. Of course, they already have one team, but that team has too much talent so it isn't fair to the rest of the league. They should be split in two and the new team called the Quebec City Citadelless.

Well fuck I can't answer this because there isn't any branding that could rip me away from
 . Sure they played it fairly safe with the color scheme, but what I love is that I moved away from home for work a few years back and I get to play for a fake hockey team that is from the area I grew up in. I don't want to leave Baltimore and I don't care how awesome the branding is on a new team. Nothing can pull me away from home.

Not sure if I care about branding as much per say, but I feel like if the Simulation Hockey League was to go overseas, let's say Stockholm or Helsinki, it would be a place I would want to play hockey. If you were to force me to a place in North America, maybe like Boston or somewhere in California like San Diego or San Fransico.

I have been on many teams in my career, so moving to another one wouldn't be hard. (Although I really don't want to go anywhere else.) I would love to play for a team called the (Insert city here) Ducks or the Saskatoon Sasquatch.

I have to say the one branding that would give me second - third - possibly fourth thoughts about staying with my current team would be the Honolulu Heat. With a pineapple mascot, based in Honolulu, Hawaii, sponsored by Dole pineapples. With pina coladas at the rink, who could say no? You would have a yellow and brown jersey, with a pineapple skin-based third jersey, and green helmets, like the pineapple top.

I'm surprised that there's no Washington (D.C.) team. That goes for, well, every sim league. This league does a pretty good job at covering all of the major US cities/regions, but no love for the capital? Although there aren't to many good team names left for Washington teams. Maybe the Washington Legislature? Or the Washington Judiciary? Yuck. Yeah, I think I'm gonna stay put in Anaheim.

We're almost 60 seasons in and I'm shocked that Ottawa has never seen a franchise in this league. Regardless of the branding I would want to support the city I was from but maybe they would consider Toast as the branding?

the only team i could see myself playing for except for ATL and two teams from the great lakes that I can't name bc of tampering rules and one from the West, that again I cannot name would be the Cincinnati Chilligettis. With a name like that how can I not??
