theres a lot that the site does well but one thing in particular that i love about this site is how on the ball the SHL commissioners have been. being able to message nour and luke and getting a response almost instantly honestly just makes everything run so much more smoothly and i love them for it.

I'm going to be as boring as a lot of people, and say that I love the index. Looks good and professional and makes the site feel even more like a real league.
I hate the offseasons. They are way too long sometimes and make me worried of player retention. I understand that there are reasons why we can't just jump to the next season, but something should be done to keep also the new people interested through it.

I really like the banking system and how it works with the weekly training!
I dislike the lack of things there is to do to engage people in the league. ISFL has Casinos for most games, fun bets and a lot more things to get involved in during the season!

I dont really like the sim engine, although it is way better than STHS. I feel like its the weakest link of the SHL as a whole.

One of the best things about this site is the new and improved index. That update alone made writing many different types of media pieces much easier as well as making it easier to follow along with how your player and team are doing throughout the season.
One thing that could use some work is visibility of important posts on the site. A lot of the time new rule changes or major changes to the site are missed my a good portion of the user base due to them not being publicized enough. Things like the changes to the player tpe scale. There were multiple users who didn't know that was even happening until the post talking about everyone having full respecs available to them. It makes some changes like thst very confusing especially for newer users.

The new index is great, one of the things that made me hesitant about staying active in SHL was the fact that the index didn't work and if you wanted to see things like playoff results you had to go back and find the stream. Appreciate the work of the dev team here.
The live sims are very difficult to follow coming from the ISFL, I'm used to them being essentially livestreamed via the Youtube preview function at the same time each day, whereas in SHL they're all over the place due to actually being live. More uniformity here would be much appreciated, as after watching nearly every sim a season or two ago I miss most of them now because they're never at the same time.
I love the healthy competition that exists between both individual players and teams. A little fun rivalry never killed anyone. That we can prove directly anyhow... erm anyhoo... love it. Long time.

The one thing on the site that I love is the automatic banking, no more discord bot or waiting for bankers to process my transactions, and bei9ng to know my money is being taken away in real-time. There are not very many things I don't like, besides how little twitter pays compared to other affiliate leagues.
i wouldn't change how important discord is to the experience. having so much communication in LRs on discord makes the community what it is, and I spend lots of time there. My gf would very much like to change this part of SHL.
The most obvious thing to me is the bank. People who joined after it was up and running maybe don't appreciate the manual banking pains of the past. More on that, the development team in general who do real work to give us cool things.
For me, I would love more automation on the claims and updating process. I usually update 1-2 times per season which is super painful. I put it off because the manual process takes time which only makes it worse. I would love if we took a bank style approach to TPE. The PT team could deposit TPE into everyone's account like I submit pay for media grading. Then players can submit updates without having to dig together all the links. If we can submit manual TPE adjustments, we can handle the edge cases of AC / Training / Training Camp / one off TPE events / Regression until everything is fully a deposit system.
