What are your cutting and bulking diets guys? I'm currently bulking and I have a tough time going from bulk to cut... i just eat alot all the time so any tips or any foods that you eat? any answer appreciated. Thanks

I been trying to cut my calories down to only 2500 a day, but its hard what should i eat to maintain this pace?
