so what's your argument for Hale?

I'm not on the awards committee, so I don't have one. I'm just saying that only comparing players based on 6 stats when there are so many others, especially relevant others, is a bit off.

Thanks to @sulovilen, @the5urreal, and @sve7en for the sigs!

Kentaro Kikuchi - Shots blocked: 45, PDO: 99.1, GF/60: 3.2, GA/60: 2.5, SF/60: 41.3, SA/60: 28.6, CF%: 60.3, CF% rel: -0.6, FF%: 60, FF% rel: 0.2

Atticus Hale - Shots blocked: 5, PDO: 98.4, GF/60: 2.7, GA/60: 3.6, SF/60: 33.3, SA/60: 36.8. CF%: 47.2, CF% rel: -3.5, FF% 47, FF% rel: -3.4

Do you think +/- is relevant? Kikuchi beats Hale in that too.

Is 16 stats enough? Or does Hale deserve it purely on giveaways/takeaways, because that's all he has on Kikuchi.

what a joke. I guess its time to recreate

Kentaro Kikuchi: 18:56 ATOI / 1:30 minutes PP, 9 PP points

Atticus Haloe: 17:30 ATOI / 0:47 minutes PP, 3 PP points

enjoy retirement

Replying to you too since you wanna be an ass about it. I'm sure the additional 1:26 ATOI made all the difference here...

Smh. No Kikuchi, no Kondos!? So having a true rookie actually succeed on a top line without being a liability instead is somehow a completely unspectacular feat in this league?  Eyebrow
At least Yagoyi got the deserved manager and coach noms. Renegades

After 69 shots on net with still no SHL goals to show for it, even the opposition started to feel so sorry for Lemo, that they decided to help him out :D
- Bad pass by Jack Klompus, he gave it right to Lemo Pihl.
- Lemo Pihl rips it to the net...
- Lemo Pihl will find the empty net, that should do it!

@Yagoyi I get your frustration, it was a very close vote and I actually pushed for Kikuchi quite a bit in the last round of the nomination process but was ultimately outvoted. I think the main argument against your player for the other voters was indeed the additional ice time you got, especially on the Powerplay, as well as the very bad takeaway-giveaway ratio. Some voters seem to be very sensitive in regards to GMs playing their own players a lot after some examples of that in the past, which might have worked against you here. I don't really agree with that, just trying to show you what some of the internal arguments were that lead to this decision. And it ultimately came down to a tiebreaker, so it was very close nontheless.

And Hale had the 2nd lowest (about 1:30 less than you) on the 11th seed team.

Your player is all over the thread in a somewhat negative light so while trying to keep out of that I just wanna say...
