My sidekick is a streamertail (or doctor bird) because it's the national bird of Jamaica. His name is Marcus, after the national hero Marcus Garvey. I tried to get them to attribute pan-africanist statements to him, like his namesake, but the commercial department said that would "adversely affect sales" or something.
