My personal assistant really would just have to put up with me and laugh at my jokes. I understand this is a massive ask for someone so I would be willing to pay them up to $75 an hour. Maybve even more if they bargained up for it.
my personal assistant will follow me around at all times and make sure i'm always as slippery as i should be for optimal eel texture. they will have a range of lotions, lubes, ointments, and slimes to ensure this happens
My personal assistant would have to have cheez-its on them at all times and be able to hand me a bag whenever I ask for it. I would pay 3 Yen/hour

Agent Tesla: I have been told to put out an advertisement to hire a personal assistant for you. What do they need to be able to do to justify you hiring someone in that role?
Dave Heinrich: They need to be willing to negotiate with the eldritch abomination that holds legal rights to my soul to get me enough time off to have a moment of peace. If they can't do that then I will just stick with having every moment of my life managed by my agent.
Agent Tesla: What are you willing to pay per hour for someone to do this for you?
Dave Heinrich: What is the going rate to hire someone tough enough to talk back to you?
Agent Tesla: Surprisingly it only takes 18.50 an hour depending on quality of back talk.
Dave Heinrich: Double that is 37 and so we'll round up to 40 an hour to see if we can get a decent candidate.
Agent Tesla: Well then you heard it here first folks if you are looking for a job talking back to an eldritch abomination for 40 dollars an hour and are willing to relocate to the Chicago area then please get in touch!
I'd just pay them a bunch of money to do all the assitanty things assistants do.. accommodation bookings, deal with budgety stuff, occasionally tell me when I make stupid decisions.

Walsh's personal assistant spends most of his day preparing meals, which most of the time is teriyaki chicken and fried rice and then goes and gives it to Walsh. Most times when Walsh does not have something directly going on, he is seen eating this meal brought to him by said assistant. It is a miserable existence for him.
