Good morning SHL,
I must relinquish my duties as the Recruitment Head after only two seasons on the job. As such, we are looking to hire someone for this position that would be taking over for me following this season's SMJHL draft. Depending on the time of hire, there is a possibility of receiving recruitment team pay as an on-boarding package if the new head were to be hired prior the the draft and during the recruitment process. If you think you can help the league continue its growth and reach new heights and provide a positive outreach for what we do, then this is a job for you and we'd love to hear from you!
The duties for this position include but are not limited to:
- Establishing a recruitment strategy on a short, mid and long term basis;
- Reaching out to various partners (reddit, discord, boards, etc.) for promoting purposes;
- Coordinating with the recruitment team members for posting duties;
- Approving and processing of recruitment bonuses;
Compensation for the position is $7,000,000 per season with a CW pass.
