The New Orleans Specters certainly needed all the help they could get this past off season to get fired up for regular season games as the season was not the greatest. So getting excited for a playoff games would need extra work to fire up the team although just making the playoff should fire them up considering not many people were thinking that the New Orleans Specters would even being playing a season 73 playoff game. But now that the playoffs are here Hugh Manius is figuring out what buttons to lush to get the best out of the New Orleans Specters. For most of The New Orleans Specters the motivation seems best to be harnessed by promising players that they can choose one of Walt "Clyde" Frazier suits to destroy in the manner that they see fit, which seems to work for everyone but Mr. Frazier, so almost everyone wins. Hugh has learned that walt get motivated by having drinks after game which Hugh is always down for.

option 2: Lias motivates his teammates by making them laugh. If his teammates seem to be nervous about anything or lacking in motivation, he makes them play jackbox games together and by the end of it they are so filled with love for their team and all that good team bonding spirit that they can't help but go out there and win games. It's truly inspirational how the entire team can find the fire of motivation and the drive for glory out of a few games of jobjob or bracketeering or that one with the animated drawings that I forget the name of at the moment. They all have an amazing time together, and the real secret is that there's no magic trick to unlocking their competitive spirit, just occasional reminders of how much they all love playing together, how much they care about the team, and how they all want to make the most of the time they get to play on this team with these players.

My players excel at unlocking the potential in his teammates through a variety of ways. Being that he has played in the shl for almost 10 seasons now, he is a veteran presence for younger players, and is able to guide them through many facets of the game both on and off the ice. Through good leadership, he is able to guide the roster past rough parts of the season. Aleksandr iskandrov also monitors the diet of all of his teammates to ensure that they gain the most possible out of their exercise in order to reach peak physical and mental condition. This means eating all of the vitamins a through z, and that means no Alfredo sauce. Last of all, he also leads by example. Aleksandr iskandrov is simply better than the rest of his team, so he leads through offensive play on the score sheet, and defensive play as well.

Thanks Ragnarr!

Written Task: Players sometimes need that extra push to reach their potential. What does your player excel at unlocking in their teammates?

Max's has a few ways of unlocking the best from his teammates but one of the greatest boons he adds to any team is his tenacious play. He literally never gives up. While it does drain him on a nightly basis, his teammates are able to see that on the ice and feed off it. While he's a rookie this season in the SHL, it has managed to lift a few other tired vets to give it their all each and every time they take the ice. Max has even seen this at the junior level in his later seasons albeit inspiring a different group of players. That same tenacity was able to light a fire under some of the younger additions to the team and give them an idea of the type of energy needed throughout the season to be successful. Max is hoping that he'll be in that same position to energize rookies in the SHL later in his career as a wily, bearded vet. (167 words)

when we are looking at ways to improve the squad and fire up the boys before the game there is only one thing that we do in philly to get the blood flowing. that is fist fights in the lockerroom between hte boys and some random 9yr olds from the stands. this is prime for us to be able to one get a good fight in and two be sure that we are not going to lose the fight. there was one instance where poopy strappon did end up losing to a 9 yr old and he still has not lived that one down. dude got absolutly clowned on. moving forward we think we should continue to use this strategy it helps get teh fans involved and has a 99% success rate. this i belive to be the best method to get the guys fired up pregame and sometimes in the intermissions if we are having a stinker.

I call This one Target practice, the D man will line up to take a slap shot, but will pass it to the next person who will pass or take a slap shot.

Option 1:

We need to practice the younglings for the big game. I am sharing them every ounce of information and tactics the Atlanta inferno hockey team ever prepapred for a game in the simulation hockey league. I first tell them they need to score goals. If they have a player named Duck, they need to make sure to pass them the puck because ducks are the goats of hockey @Z-Whiz. Did you know puddles of duck is the Simulation hockey league leader in goals at defense. Anyway, I tell them it is very important to also do their homeworks @goldenglutes Binko is very studious and does the best composition in his homeworks it is very creative and school is very important but boring. Now the fun part is to intimidate the other team like @blakec1414 does on the ice. Very scary player and very fast and intimidating. This is the best way to win a kids game in my personal opinion.

The Xavier Doom Team Youth Squad, or The Doom Squad for short, has been practicing with Xavier and learning from him in Iceland for quite some time. With the big international tournament on the way, Xavier feels like his squad has a lot of talent, but isn’t QUITE putting it together just yet. Most team squads at this age tend to have players who are a bit selfish and don’t care nearly enough about defense. As a result, Doom is teaching his kids to play a team friendly game. Players who hog the puck and don’t pass are being benched for players that distribute the puck more and are more playmakers. He isn’t telling them not to shoot, he’s telling them that it’s better if 4 different teammates score in a 4-0 win than just having one player get 4 goals. He has them rooting for each other, and they’re playing strong defensively so that they can help out their goalie as well. (163)
