S78 mPT #5: Playoff Celebrations Due: Sunday, September 15th @ 11:59 PM PST

Inge Baardsen is a big football (soccer, I guess) fan as well as hockey, so always thought it’d be cool to do a knee slide celly after scoring. Tried it once in youth hockey and vowed never again to try anything like that, just allow himself a fist pump, maybe sweep the ice with his hand occasionally!

There is no better answer than the stick ride ‘n point at the crowd. Bonus points if you get a good head of speed and go the length of the ice. Can’t think of anyone besides David Tiger Williams when I think of this.

There is not a special Victory pose or something if Gino is able to make a miracolous save or denies someone the win in a Shootout. It's mostly just, in the heat of the moment, emotional cheering.

Living in the moment makes it hard to plan on a single celebration for key goals. Perhaps the greatest celebration came from Webb scoring an overtime winner. He skated around the ice cheering and celebrating with friends against the glass. When the opposing team left the ice Webb crashed into the opposing net and he was dog piled by his team.

Whenever I score a goal I like to go to Arby's and get a nice Double Beef 'N Cheddar, no better way to celebrate than with Arby's. Arby's, we have the meats!

Different celebrations for Wolf for certain situations. He’s a big guy on playing off his last name Wolf with some howling and another things. A big goal, a big slam onto the boards and a massive celly with his teammates to pump the fans up.

Oh, this is an easy one. After a big win, Tummy Hurts and I do a big goalie hug Swayman and Ullmark style. It's just an absolute classic and a good way to show sportsmanship and love for your teammates

Dag-Otto just screams out loud for an extended period of time every time he scores a goal. Game-winning or not, it makes no difference. Except maybe a cup-winning goal, that is yet to be seen.

Pass loves to attempt to do a flip after a goal or assist. This doesn't always work and leads to unexpected issues where he falls and hurts himself.

Viktor does exactly what everyone would expect from him: without any expression whatsoever, he'll wait for the hugs from his teammates and then skate away like nothing ever happened. Different story when any of his linemates score though! Dude will celebrate like he's just won first prize and go skating into them like a missile.

In the NHL the obnoxiousness of Nail Yakupovs full rink knew slide is one I choose to remind my player of. I desire him to have that much ego every time he touches the ice

Cale is all for the celly after the big goal or save but his go to move is the classic put your arms up in the air to pump the crowd up and give a big ol F*** YEA! while making his way to his teammates to celebrate!

some high fibre sigs are Powered by AllBran,

Atlason has a fairly unique celebration, whenever he scores a goal he loads up a shotgun and fires it at his fellow teammate and future Blizzard teammate @MattyJ as though he's blasting him away since he's so much better than him... which he is.

“The Wheel of Time turns, and Ages come and pass, leaving memories that become legend. Legend fades to myth, and even myth is long forgotten when the Age that gave it birth comes again. ... There are neither beginnings nor endings to the Wheel of Time. But it was a beginning.”

Stankoven's favorite celebration he always does is he swipes the ice then jumps onto the glass. But if its a overtime/shootout he throws his stick in the air

Ahh
"chirp chirp"

Jarrod Lakemore is a pretty low key guy and certainly not known for his flamboyant celebrations. His go to move is to simply raise his hands as he skates to the corner, then turn to celebrate with his teammates. Scoring an important goal in the playoff, Lakemore once threw in a slide and pump, but that's as far as he'll go.
