The best food to snag from the vendors on the way out of the arena to celebrate a Specters win with would of course be the noble beignet.

At the Calgary arena I am not exactly sure what is a common food to find here. But something that would be cool is Po Boys but i dont think tthats good for an arena

At every hockey arena there needs to be foot long chili dogs available to all fans. There is nothing better when you are a hungry than slurping down a foot long wiener in a bun. Just makes me drool thinking about that baby,

We could offer a special "Tony's Gabagool Sandwich" – thin-sliced cured meats, provolone, roasted red peppers, and a drizzle of olive oil on a fresh baguette. It would add a little Italian-American flair

During Manhattan games, we will be selling "Kahri's Famous ICS". These are homemade ice cream sandwiches made with cookies, brownies or waffles with any ice cream that I have in my freezer.
And if you want to see how great they are, dm me.

Chicago has to have hot dogs. Its just part of the city’s culture. You gotta have a chicago dog while you are watching the Chicago dogs out there on the ice playing some puck.

We should definitely have fountains of nacho cheese and then the stalls can sell various foods that you dip in the cheese. Maybe triple length hotdogs for maximum efficiency

At the Specters arena, you can expect to find the usual concession treats that you find at most SHL arenas, everything expect their authentic gumbo and po' boy sandwiches, made the New Orleans way!

The Atlanta Inferno have a team sponsored BBQ truck at each home game called the Inferno BBQ Truck. It has some of the best BBQ in Atlanta and draws crowds throughout the whole game.

It's not quite local food but we have to keep in mind that in the arena, there are not much room for what kind of food can be served. While Calgary is famous for it's steaks, a poutine would be more fitting for arena food as it's easier to eat and doesn't require that much space to eat.

New Orleans is home to some of the best food in the entire world, and you can bet your bottom dollar that the local fare can be had at the Specters' arena. You can get Po' Boys, oysters, gator, ALLLLLL the cajun food you can think of, and yes, even a bunch of the special drinks you'd get on Bourbon Street are available as well!

New York is pretty well covered with pizza, but they probably could stand to branch out a little bit. For example, it could be nice to be able to get some Chino-Latino food at a hockey game just for something different!
