Sweet tea is great, but have you tried plain darjeeling? I briefly lived in the South (of the US) and found that the like... pound and a half of sugar they put in their team didn't actually let me taste the tea as much as I'd like.

i think the goals of sweet tea and "standard" tea are very different. it's sort of like how there's variance in different roasts of coffee! like a light roast will have more caffeine on average than a dark roast.
