What should I make for dinner, I skipped lunch after a big brunch with friends. I'm thinking something like pastrami and colby jack sliders on hawaiin rolls but baking it in the oven with some garlic butter. I also have some strawberries cut up with sugar so they macerate and make me a puree later too.

Throw 1 part of the macerated strawberries in with 2 parts greek yogurt and 2 parts condensed milk and you'll be in hog heaven.

Flavorwise I think it would be okay... Maybe a touch less condensed milk so it's not overly sweet. The thing about the Greek yogurt though is that it serves to help thicken things up. (And also I love greek yogurt.)
