Heiss was like a 2nd or 3rd year SHL player...kinda different
Smith should have been able to be sent down, but ppl cry
any rookie should be able to player juniors...or we should just completely get rid of PDCs

if youre a 2nd+ year player, then yes, there should be a TPE cap.
punishing bleak because he earned too much TPE as a rookie, just doesnt make any sense to me
Again, people are ignoring parts of these rules and pretending we're trying to stop everyone from being sent down. It's not like the majority of send-downs are pushing 350+ TPE here. But there are cases where this has happened, and it's not fair to 5 other teams, and it's unreasonable to say to them "Find a better PDC."
What I proposed was that only players under 325 TPE can be sent down. After that, they're free to update to their heart's desire, but their players won't be updated until they return to the SHL.
This means that Bleak could still be sent down. He's currently under 325 TPE, and besides him VERY VERY few rookies reach 325 TPE by the time they are sent down, and many of the ones who are at that level are going to be sticking with their SHL clubs.
What players can do if this was the rule, is stay at 324 until they are sent down. This is a reasonable level in that only a few exceptional players reach it by the time they are sent down, and it's also not double what most NWJHLers are at, so it prevents imbalancing the league. Then after they are sent down, they can post all their updates, but their player remains the same in the sim (at 324) until he gets back to the SHL.

I agree with Tezzy here more so than the other people. He brings up the valid point of not exceeding 325 TPE so the league remains competitive. It's the best way for the league to approach this topic. I mean, besides myself, who is at 325TPE+ prior to be sent down? I don't think Dion and Ace are being sent down. Wolf has below 275TPE...I can't see another player who would be able to 'compete' with me if I was allowed to go balls to the wall.
If I stay at 325TPE and I am allowed to still update (but they wouldn't be applied until I was in the SHL) then the competitiveness of the junior league is still intact
Also, I ready from pages 1-10 and the last 2. Can someone give me a summary?

He's just mad I called him an arrogant/ignorant monkey from the other thread.
BUT BACK TO ON TOPIC YOU GUYS.
What is the final decision?
We're working on a bit of a rule alteration at the moment, but as long as you're under 325 TPE at the time you were sent down (which I believe you were), there is no issue with you.
