Well I hate every single one of you (no playing favorites,) so here's my take:

If it was ruled that Deezy should never again be allowed to hold a position of power, then Deezy should never again be allowed to hold a position of power without a unanimous decision to overturn by the Owners, Commishes, and Appeals committee.

This is coming from someone who defended Deezy when he circumvented the Cap in NWJHL (I was one of the players on his team who got screwed out of money.) I was also someone who was pissed at him for the rigging incident. Deezy and I have a complicated relationship.

IMO the ruling that he should NEVER AGAIN hold a position of power wasn't very forward thinking, so overturning it should be looked into, but I think we need a more open and widespread decision about it.

Seeing how he's had what, 3 or 4 major offenses, he shouldn't even have the luxury of a chance to get overturned. He's already been given an extra 2/3 chances and blew those.

Never is a long fucking time. It's also why I said there needs to be a unanimous decision. It's a big deal.

Django was unchained, Deezy isn't.

The responsibilities that a co-gm or assistant gm have is completely up to the Head GM. It depends on what the Head GM gives permission for them to do. I'm going to go ahead and assume Darian knows what to let Deezy do or don't do. It's his team after all.

Well I finally read through most of this.

Id ask Leafs Krever Darian AA and the many more defending me to plz stop, its the same people coming back with the same arguments and its going to end up going no where. I thank you and I appreciate it, but its not worth it to argue here.


Another thing and its the only thing im going to point out, is that everyone who is against this, seems to love exploding the truth, on all the occasions which I cheated, they are not as huge as they have snow balled to become. For example, the first incident which I "cheated" was when STAMMER17 had multiple accounts in our NWJHL season.... I knew he had them, I was new to the league and apperently it was my dutie as a newbie to rat out my brother.. anyway, now its almost considered like I was the cheater who made the multies.

For the 2nd incident when i DID NOT cheat the cap, I had a legal deal with my players, and it was the 3rd straight year I made that deal with my players. It was not for cheating the cap, it was to reward activity by getting everyone to accept 500K contracts and offering bonuses to the actives who remained at the end of the season the rest of the cap money. So instead of paying an inactive 1.5M I managed to get an active 4M. So rewarded for being active, thus more actives in the SHL. This rule was changed near the playoffs of a season, by 2 comishs who made a terrible decision to make a rule happen during a season, when a contract was already agreed on with my players. So I tried to honor my side of the deal by giving them their money anyway.

3rd suspension was for rigging, which I did not re sim every game so I can score nor so that my team could win.. I changed situational strategies, in the pre season. I forgot I had even done it, and apparently, even though I have no proof, that made a big impact on the North Stars winning so much. If I really meant to rig as bad as everyone made me sound, wouldnt I have changed the stats back to normal when I sent the sim back to Bolt?

Finally the last one was for "stealing money" from the bank. even though I owed 10-20M to the bank, and I had about 30M put aside, so I could of paid it all easily... Basically it was becuase our bank system went what, 3 months? without an update, so I just stopped caring about withdrawing, and it ended up bitting me in the ass.


So im not making excuses or asking for forgiveness, I just want all you ppl who are blowing up the story like if I hacked the SHL like Bill and Gage or smt, to get your feet back on the ground, and talk abt what I really did, and to the real extent of what I did.

And about the rule being changed you also never posted the bonuses anywhere in your cap thread.so yeah you tried circumventing the cap by making bullshit bonuses at the end of the season and not telling anyone because you know Damn well they wouldn't be allowed.shady as fuck and the fact you're trying to justify it, or any other of your suspensions makes me realize you haven't learned shit and you're saying everything was a mistake now instead of owning up to your fuck ups.

Yeah you did more than just the situational strategy changes.

Deezy stop making excuses about what you did.

For example, you withdrawing "because the bank isn't updated" is complete BS. You didn't withdrew, only withdrew big amounts like individual training camp packages. Then stop withdrewing. Withdrew again sometime later. Then stop withdrewing. This was a trend and it's not about the bank not being updated.

Also I can say that the bank was properly managed before. There was like asto and park doing the bank manager and many more but for the most part, it was being handled great.
