Okay so I see that there is a limit for graphics per week, is there one for podcasts or media?

Also under the scouting section I see all these scouting reports pinned but I can't seem to find the rules, might just be blind but could somebody link me?

No limit that I am aware of for podcasts or media.
There are no limits for Media articles or Podcasts you can do per Week. There also aren't any set in stone rules for scouting reports, there have been in the past but as far as I know you can approach them just how you want since a few seasons

As far as I know scouting reports are just like media articles and are paid just like them. I have seen different formats, so i do not think there is a specific standard.
I am sure someone will correct me if I am wrong.
