Any of u guys know a way to stay in shape while out for a while with an injury?

I hurt my groin, and I've been out for a while, and I need ways to stay in shape

Getting tired of bulking but I still got till may. I just find it hard to eat so much consistently. I actually can't wait until I cut.

I am 6'3/6'4 and 260lbs. Looking to lose weight to about 200/220lbs and build muscle. Gonna do some P90X I think, but any other recommendations?

run. it's what I'm doing and I've already lost some weight. I don't even go that hard and I still est pree bad lol, I only usually eat once a day tho.

cutting out soda helped alot too

You have to eat more than onece a day :lol: Eat smaller meals and have a snack in between tbhh. What if I only drink Diet Soda?? Ive never drank Regular, Ive always hated it.

I do similar stuff. I have weight lifting work-outs that I like to do, but haven't been able to for a while. Primarily I run, do push-ups, sit-ups, and planks and eat one meal a day and a snack in the evening. Drink only water and gatorade really, but the gatorade is only when I'm working out really. And be sure to have at least a snack before you go working out or you might pass out.

Also Snappy, I think you'll lose more than to 220. I'm about the same height as you, and I went down to 180 before I started putting on muscle weight.

Soda is yummy in my tummy. Im around 6ft 170ish, I can bench a fair share of pounds, but I do more core work for baseball...

Getting healthy is as much the diet as it is anything else. Cut out the soda if you can. Diet or not it just isn't as good an alternative to your body as water. If you have a sweet tooth, try fruit Smoothies to take off the craving.

P90x is a good place to start. But like Dyl said, run. That's the best place to start. Once you have trimmed down a little then you can decide where to take your body; either bulk up or tone away.

But considering beach season is on its way...I'm toning atm.
