Did day 1 of p90x today. Back and Chest. It was good, not too hard so, yeah. Gonna do it for 90 days until my bowflex gets in. once thats in I should have trimmed down. My goal is to show up to school in September around 190lbs -210lbs. If I do that I also should have a good chance at landing an OHL tryout.

Thinking about going hard after my dream this summer. Im planning to slim right down and show up to hockey in the best shape of my life.
80% Eating right 20% workout Im trying to cut down on my portion sizes and trying new things. I dont eat Steak, Pork etc. but Im not a vegetarian. Ill eat Kraft Dinner and other shitty food. Im gonna go hard this summer. If all goes well, Ill post before and after on here.

I have this great workout where I put my hand near my mouth and then extend/bring it back about 50 times. I call it "eating popcorn and chips. "
But seriously, as chubby as I am (Kylrad, Jman, if you comment I'll kill you), I'll be playing a lot of sports this summer. Hopefully that, plus a little extra height, will leave me looking just a little slimmer come September.
