I was watching the highlights and they had it on the NESN feed. They said if you where to guess who had the 3-1 lead and you said Toronto that it wouldnt be surprising. They said Toronto had been the better team the whole series. Bruins are lucky and very fortunate to have the 3-1 lead at the time. Even Bruins players said that themselves.

I don't see what it matters about the luck, game five you guys won because of luck. Hockey, especially when played between two physical teams, is all luck. Both teams have played well at different times, and the puck has bounced in both teams favors at different times.

I also don't see how you can say Toronto is the better team, and I know Bruins players have said it but it's also because they themselves are struggling for some reason or another. Both goaltenders have been outstanding in different games, both offenses have been effective in different games, both defenses and have been solid in different games, both teams have been physical in all the games. If anything, I'd say both teams are pretty equal, Boston just has the experience and luck backing them in the series.

Yup 9/10 games are won because of the team that gets the 1 or 2 bounces there way. The blows outs are just a domination but close games are luck usually.

He was just saying it was a risk just like Orr's pinch. Sometimes they turn out good sometimes they don't. Shouldn't get mad at him for taking a risk.
