Primary Purpose: To co-ordinate and facilitate the league's recruitment drive.

Nature of Work: Recruitment is driving force behind the continual activity within the SHL. Without recruitment the league would not be able to survive.

As Recruitment Director you will work closely with the commissioners of both leagues and the SHL Owners in order improve and facilitate the league's recruitment drive. The goal of introducing this job is to bring in new innovative thinking about the ways we approach recruitment within the league.

Responsibilities: The Recruitment Director will be responsible for new recruiting initiatives within the league, as well as executing the league's recruitment drive successfully. May hire 1 additional member to assist with the responsibilities of the position.
