It's kind of ridiculous for sure. But every year the simmer is on one of the best teams on paper. It's not like the team comes out of nowhere and people say the team stinks and shouldn't be winning. Maybe it's a coincidence. I do think that there is a slight advantage to have a simmer on your team because they may pay more attention to player updates and minor details, and I think that's something that definitely did make a difference with Jay Mac and Fernando, and possibly Abdalla but I have no idea. But it's nothing to do with rigging.

That is a big advantage, when theres a trade made, i can change it right away. If i need to cahnge a loosing streak i can do it before i sim. I dont have to be quick and do it before the simmer sims. So yeah its a nice advantage to have.

This, and Moral is turned off. So it doesnt affect nothing, i tried it out on Abdalla by putting his moral down to the ground and it changed nothing.

Player moral does not effect your players performance but even turned off TEAM moral does I have tested it over and over team affects even when moral is not turned on its a shitty part of the sim imo

but even when the stars were way in first our moral was average.

The lowest was around 67 and the highest, i remember being the platoon, were 72 or 73.

Stars were 71.

With just a couple losses, our moral would have been way higher and for sure first in the league no?

Not if you didnt reset all of them from last season. Remember your team moral carried over from last season. So in a sense you did dig out of a hole as the stars probably had 50-55 moral after last season. It goes up much faster than it goes down. come playoff time you guys would have had 99 moral at this rate. Its not a huge difference but its for sure noticeable in test sims.

Usually at the end of the season if not reset there are 2-3 teams in the mid 90's to 99 and then the rest fall between 80 and 50 depending on if they make the playoffs. The sim seems to know history I dont know how its written but a lot of things seem to happen season after season to the same team (stars missing the playoffs by a narrow margin in the early years every year example) now that said you guys have by far the best team (other than the panthers) so the results do not surprise me one bit resetting moral or not I think they would be similar

according to sths definition (player morale)

Affect all game stats at beginning of game. The higher the stat, the higher the players performance boost will be. (It's combined with the Team Morale)
