World Junior Championship to Get Going Soon
#1

The yearly World Junior Championship, open to NWJHL players and SHL rookies, will be starting up soon. We will take this time to introduce our staff this season.

Head Commissioner, the same as before. Robert Spezza.
Assistant Commissioner, participant in the tournament, Benjamin Wong.
Head of Simming Operations, Abdeezy.

We've yet to set exact dates for it, but we have determined how our teams will line up this year. We will once again only be featuring four teams, but they have been slightly modified from last season.

Team Canada
-Canadian Players

Team Usa
-American Players

Team Finland
-Finish Players
-Swedish Players

Team World
-All other countries
-Players cut from their nation's team

That's all for now folks, expect a long more within the next couple of days. Including official dates etc...

Regarding Sven Andersson, who is considered a SHL rookie this season he will not be allowed to play as we have decided his participation would give Team Finland too great of an advantage over all other teams.

It's too late to stop Finland's advantage over all the other teams.

They have me like lets get serious.

Because Sweden isn't in Finland...

Who wants to play for Team Scandinavia? Now who wants to play for Team Finland?

It's based upon numbers, whichever team has the most players that tournament gets the name. That's how it's done with the WJC, not the actual IHF Tongue

World will basically be UK/everyone else , since theres probably going to be no "big" cuts. Since the junior pool is quite shallow.

That's a given anyway... Would've been even sweeter to do it as "Team Germany" (or UK) though :D
