So went to the Alberta Flood Aid concert, got me stoked for concerts. Bought tickets to X-Fest this weekend, Volbeat Sept. 9th, Matthew Good and Papa Roach. I feel like everyone has a year of concerts that they just throw money. Welcome to mine. X-Fest is featuring Blink 182, Weezer, City and Colour, AWOLNATION, Sheepdogs, Capital Cities, Mother Mother, etc. This weekend, should be good.

Just went to Papa roach last night. Pretty good! Openers were terrible though.

Not sure if anyone knows the casby awards (for Canadian indy music), but it's tomorrow in Toronto and my girlfriend won VIP tickets for six people. It's from Molson Canadian, we get to go in a limo and we get unlimited beer.

It's gonna be fun, some of my favourite bands are performing, Hollerado, Said the Whale, Walk off the Earth, Mother Mother, and Serena Ryder too.

OH MY GOD THIS IS SO SCARILY CATCHY! I usually hate this genre as well
My teammates play it during practices and I got it stuck it my head. Not to mention I'm only a year older than Cody, and knowing we are only months away in age makes him much more attractive.
