when i mean specfic, I mean you are going to be a doctor or a engineer or an accountant at the end.

So does Boon. That's what a post-grad degree is. You need a bachelor's degree in order to do post-grad. Hence post-grad.

universities offer an honours year as part of an undergraduate qualification. But it is generally considered a postgraduate year because a bachelor degree can be completed without it. To be eligible for honours, students need a high grade point average (GPA) for their core undergraduate years. An honours year contains both a research project and a course work component. In some disciplines, such as Science or Humanities, honours is considered a stepping stone toward a research career.

Which means you need a bachelors or under graduate degree to get into that. It's a stepping stone but you don't get squat for it... It's a whole new program. The 4th year (which is that stepping stone to post-graduate) teaches students to adjust from the 5-10 page paper and sit down shut up lectures. To a whole new world of interactive, more hands on lectures... To the point where the students give the lecture or a part of it. They call it a 4-year degree btw.

There really should be no excuse now. Either 44 gets put down in the SHL file or he doesn't get sent down again. Once I can see, but twice is stupid
