TPE doesn't always make a player. Having around 400 tpe could be just enough.

Jabir was a superstar in his era and it's not even questionable. He's had tons of all-star appearances. Williams was definitely a bust but that's Season 2, this is new SHL era.

The max TPE to max important stats is around 550 TPE depending on position. Which means LAP got raped.
