East Standings:
1. New England Wolfpack- 50 Games Played 36 wins 10 L 4 OTL 76 Points

The New England Wolfpack, will once again win the east in the regular season, they have the same team but I feel like they have gotten better if the trades of Lehner, and Tennyson. This team will be one year better also and they still have a lot of young potential star players on their roster. I like this team a lot as the have a great mix of physical and skilled players on this roster. This team is going to be just as dangerous as last season. It will be fun trying to stop this team from winning the east again.
2. Hamilton Steelhawks. 34 wins 14 L 2OTL 70 Points

This team lost Ekblad,Lebacon and Vitkka this past season due to retirement but I feel they will have a better season without these players. Haan is a great defender that will replace Lebacon for sure. They have guys like Winter,Willems and Mckeil taking a bigger role on their roster and they can do nothing but improve this season. I also feel like Winnfield will be more productive this season as he isn’t going to be in the media spotlight next season as much as he was with the platoon. I also think them moving up in the standings is because another team is getting weaker.
3. Toronto North Stars- 30 wins 15 L 5 OTL 65 Points

Losing Richan, Heiss is going to be a big loses for this team. Also Brovalchuk for bolt trade will weaker there chances for another contending season again. They are in a conference with two extremely talented teams and they are going to regress, as the competition was so tight last season between Hamilton, Toronto and New England. I still feel like they are going to make the post-season easily as the east is very weak after the top three for the most part.
4. West Kendall Platoon- 25 wins 20L 5 OTL 55 Points

Watson retired, Turska retired, many players have retired on this roster. Brovalchuk will improve this team for sure but I don’t think it will make them as good as the top three teams, There defense is quite weak and need Lahey to step up and be a difference maker on the back-end. Plus with a new GM it is quite unsure that they will play the same type of system next season and will have the same success.
5. Minnesota Chiefs 23 wins 22Loses 5OTL 51 points

Don’t feel that they have improve much this season but they have a great bunch of rookies and sophomore players and I wouldn’t be surprised if they turn thing around and be an better team. Ask for Tennyson is a confusing move as Tennyson is younger and would have been better in a season or two when they are competitive. Still don’t feel like they are going to make the post-season but they will be close, they still need an impact forward.
6. Manhattan Rage 15 wins 30L 5OTL 35 Points

The Rage lasts season was among the league’s worse, I haven’t seen improvement needed out of this team that will get them to the next level. They have a great group of young players but they still need that star talent, which they hope to develop. This team is going to be last, which is something that the rages have been good at throughout their history. I wish this team the best and hopefully they prove me wrong and show a lot better performance that last season with their infusion of youth that they have now. They have potential and I see them a play-off team but they are in a way too strong of a conference too be one in.


West Standings:
1. The Los Angles Panthers- 32 Wins 15L 3OTL 67 Points

I feel it that is it their time to shine in the West, which has no outright leader. The Panthers have a lot of talent on their roster, but OJ simpson is not on their roster no more which is going to weaken their d corps but I feel like Donini,Kylrad and co will be too strong to stop for teams. Shelter is a great goaltender and has improved greatly in the past’s season or two. I feel though that the west is the weaker conference next season as I don’t think that they have the elite teams like the east. Panthers look to represent the west in finals next season. Which will be different as usually it is the Blizzard and yes I know that the last four champions have came from the west but I feel the blizzard and the Renegades are not at the same level as they were a couple of seasons a go.
2. Edmonton Blizzard 30 wins 15L 5OTL 65 Points

This team won the championship last season but I feel they will have a slow start due to the championship hangover but they will overcome it and be among the leagues best to finish the season. Blizzard will make the conference finals something that they have done a ton of in pervious seasons. Blizzard are contenders but their regular season is going to be poor. They will be among the leagues best in defence as they have one of the ebst goalies in the league and he will lead them to the second place finish in the west.
This is where it gets tricky, the Dragons I feel are much worse without lehner and they will rely a lot on their goaltender, has the Jets rebuild gone successfully? I feel they have made some poor decisions when it comes ot the draft. The Seattle Riot is in the middle of a rebuild and half of their roster is going to be made up of rookies and sophomore players. The Texas Renegades who have been an elite team in previous seasons will be without offensive superstar Elias Armia that will be a big blow to their roster.
3. Texas Renegades 27 wins 20 l 3 OTL 57 Points

The team that I feel will come out of these four mediocre teams is the Texas Renegades, I feel hat the lost of Elias Armia will not be as big as some expect as they still have other talented hockey players that can step up and be great replacement for him.

4. Calgary Dragons 25 wins 23L 2OTl 52 points

Goaltending is just too good to miss the post-season. They will need to find someone that can score some goals on their roster. Kari Barkov will need to step up to the level unheard of from him and he has to lead this offence to another level. Without lehner to help him it is going to be tough for him to do as I don’t feel like he is an elite offensive superstar in the league right now
5. Seattle Riot 24 wins 24L 2OTL 50 Points

Young team that is a year away from the post-season in my mind; they need rose to be and a great starter as soon as possible. They will be close this season as they have some talent up front but the dragons just have better goaltending.
6. Winnipeg jets 22 wins 24L 4OTL 48 Points

This is another team that has some question marks, they need to have their youth to improve to make the post-season but I feel they won’t as they are relying on rookies. Prikilus needs to step up to take this team to the post-season.

I disagree our defense is weak. Zherdev, Lahey,Grossman,Mcarther,Ramis player. All decent defenders. What we lack is a serious difference maker however we have a solid enough top 4. And as for our methods considering i played a big part with lines etc last few years i think we will be fine

I agree that we don't have the strongest defense, though I think we can hold our own. We have a quite a few defenders who can get the job done, just not one key guy for the franchise. As for the new management thing, Max let me take the reigns last season, and I was basically head GM all last season, so what you got then will be what you get now.
