Uhhh...


Why is Germany, one of the powerhouse countries in the SHL already, claiming all of these players away from other countries, specifically the USA?


I thought the Dual Nationality was to allow for the smaller countries to take players who aren't selected for their national team due to overpopulation? Not for an already strong nation to cherry-pick their SHL teammates who would EASILY make the USA team in an effort to stack their own country as hard as possible.

I've literally had 2 IIHF GM's pm ME (the GM of Canada) asking me to switch from Canada to their country.


Are we really, as IIHF GM's, supposed to be canvasing every top player in the league, regardless of the situation of our own pool of national players, in order to stack our teams as heavily as possible???

It is for the other teams to fill out their roster and to give as many actives as possible a chance to play. Germany here is seemingly replacing their many inactives.

Yeahthat We didn't have many great defenders so we tried to fill in those slots, also the goaltending situation wasn't all that great, so we helped ourselves out there. Don't think we did anything wrong tbh
