But the moves i'd like to see made would be at least Zidlicky for a 2nd and Ryder for a 3rd or 4th. For Jagr I think it would be possible to get what Dallas got a couple years ago - a 2nd rounder with a condition to turn into a 1st, or a 2nd rounder and a young player.

I hope he's doing that so we could get more for plays. If he's serious then we need to make some serious changes.
