The off-season is the busiest time for a GM. There's always something to do that takes up your time, but once the season starts it calms down. As you also stated, you spend countless hours in the off-season along with the regular season keeping up on everything SHL, what exactly is your co-GM's duties? Somebody to bounce ideas off of or do they take a bigger role in the organization?
