No. More good player doesn't equal expansion. SHL is thinking of expansion because everyone are generic 99s with that 95 weakness (5 points isn't different lol).

It's not good players that will = expansion it's active users.

Regression is there so that you have to remain active and updating if you want to fight it off.
Look at McKeilâ€¦he's gone virtually inactive and his player is at 800TPE.
still solid, but if he doesnt start updating he will be an average player in 1-2 more years.

Why do you think the SHL has so many more active users than the VHL?
It's because you can put in minimal effort and have a good player for a long timeâ€¦it's not that complicated
