Yeah I like both of these. It makes sense and I don't see any problems with them.

Yeah exactly. Jagr, while still good, isn't really the player he was before because of age. Yes he can still play and is still a good player but it's uncomparable to what he would have in his prime

I wholeheartedly agree but there are SHLers that disagree for some reason. Make it simple to earn TPE but not so much TPE that everyone is 99. It's not that difficult to understand but some people think having 99 in all stats = good and if we don't have 99 in all stats then it means we aren't good but the thing is that the middle of the pack disappears in this scenario. It's either you are TOO good or if you're just good then you're no good at all.

I don't. we already have one weakness and it's still the same old thing. Would rather actually have TPE reduced without having a new update scale (because again, the last 2 ones didn't work, the next one will not work)
