It was brought up to me that Legend may be another past user known as Carly Rae Gemsen. After confronting Legend, he told me without hesitation that it was indeed his account.

Seeing that his current player is just now joining the draft, and his player technically not on two teams as of the time of discovery, there will be no punishment.

Macleod will be retired at the end of season 32. O'Rourke may continue to be a player for this current draft class.
